The Emilia-Romagna Region has published the Call for Proposals to support the Digital Transition of Enterprises in 2025, with a total budget of 25 million euros. The aim is to support companies in the digitisation process, improving efficiency, productivity and security in business processes.
Who can participate??
The call is addressed to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in Emilia-Romagna, registered with the Companies Register or REA. Enterprises in the primary production of agricultural products, fisheries and aquaculture are excluded.
Characteristics of the contribution
✅ Grant of 40% of eligible expenditure
✅ Maximum amount eligible for financing: €90,000
✅ Minimum expenditure required: 20,000 €
Eligible measures
Companies will be eligible for funding to adopt advanced digital technologies, including:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): predictive analytics, automation, machine learning
- Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity
- Automation and Industry 5.0
- Big Data and IoT
- Software development, digital platforms and e-commerce
Eeligible expenditure
The call covers different types of expenditure, including:
🔹 Purchase of hardware, machinery and equipment
🔹 Software licenses and cloud solutions
🔹 Software customization and website creation
🔹 Specialist consultancy for digitisation
🔹 Small project-related building work
Deadlines
Applications submitted from 15 April 2025 to 28 April 2025
Completion of projects by 31 March 2026
